Before moving into the change management industry, Suzy spent 20 years working across the legal, media, and financial services sectors and is a UK-qualified lawyer. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a keen eye for continuous improvement, proactively streamlining processes to drive efficiency.
With excellent attention to detail and strong collaboration skills, Suzy quickly builds trust and confidence within teams. She has a proven ability to analyse complex situations, extract key insights and simplify them for effective decision-making.
