Skye joined Prosperity in 2013 as a Senior Consultant in the Strategy and Change team.
With a strong background in project management, Skye excels in governance, process improvement and building positive stakeholder relationships. She has successfully managed projects across various sectors, including Financial Services, Professional Services, Technology, Utility, Charity and Government.
Known for delivering strategic change and providing excellent customer service, Skye ensures that quality, timelines and budgets are controlled throughout project lifecycles. Her recent engagements have emphasised the importance of a holistic view of change, addressing human, strategic and operational aspects to support user adoption effectively.
Skye holds qualifications in PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM and Business Analysis, and is currently pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Professional Consultancy with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Her proactive approach to professional development and meticulous attention to detail have earned her a reputation for building strong relationships and achieving outstanding project outcomes.
