Rob joined Prosperity in 2022 as Senior Network Architect in the Technical Solutions team.
Rob leads the Network Solutions team, delivering secure, scalable and high-performance network infrastructure for clients ranging from single-site offices to global enterprises. With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he brings deep expertise in designing intelligent, self-healing networks that support business growth and resilience.
His specialisms include wire and wireless network design, advanced troubleshooting and security integration. Rob is highly experienced with technologies from Cisco, Meraki, HPE Aruba, ClearPass, Forcepoint and Ekahau, and is a trusted advisor on all things connectivity and telecommunications.
Before joining Prosperity, Rob held a senior role at one of the Islands’ main telecoms providers, as Head of Professional Engineering CIIM (Channel Islands & IoM).
