Rian joined Prosperity in 2023 as a Consultant in the Technical Solutions team.
He plays a key role in helping clients bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. With a strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure, Citrix, and cloud telephony, Rian works closely with organisations to design and implement IT systems that are secure, scalable and aligned with their strategic objectives.
He’s particularly focused on helping clients streamline operations through cloud technologies, offering guidance on everything from day-to-day troubleshooting to long-term infrastructure planning. Rian also acts as a trusted advisor, keeping clients informed about the latest technologies and how they can be applied to solve real business challenges.
Before joining Prosperity, Rian began his career in the insurance sector, progressing from helpdesk support to Systems Engineer. That experience gave him a strong foundation in both technical delivery and client service.
Rian is always ready to support clients with Microsoft 365 and Azure queries, advise on new technologies to improve efficiency and ensure their IT investments are future ready.
