Phil joined Prosperity in 2021 and is Head of ERP in the Business Solutions team.
Phil leads the delivery of ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, helping clients streamline operations, improve financial management and gain deeper insights through data. He oversees the full lifecycle of ERP projects, from initial scoping and consultancy through to implementation, integration, and post-go-live support, ensuring each solution is tailored to the client’s needs and delivers measurable value.
With a background in finance and accounting, Phil brings a unique perspective to ERP delivery, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes. Prior to joining Prosperity, he worked internationally on Business Central and Dynamics NAV projects, and previously held the role of Financial Controller for a UK-based property development group.
