Nick joined Prosperity in 2014 and is now Head of Strategic Delivery for Financial Services in the Strategy and Change team.
Nick leads a team of consultants focused on delivering complex, high-impact change programmes within the financial services sector. With a background in programme and project management, he specialises in multi-jurisdictional banking platform upgrades, cyber security initiatives and operational resilience.
Over the past decade at Prosperity, Nick has progressed through several roles, from Consultant Project Manager to Senior Consultant, Team Manager and now Head of Strategic Delivery. His ability to translate strategic goals into actionable programmes of work has made him a trusted advisor to clients navigating large-scale transformation.
Before joining Prosperity, Nick worked across a range of industries including e-commerce, fashion, manufacturing and construction, giving him a broad commercial perspective. He holds a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership, is a certified MSP and PRINCE2 Practitioner, and is currently working toward the IoD Certificate in Company Direction.
