Michelle joined Prosperity in 2021 and is a Senior Consultant in the Strategy and Change team.
Michelle works with a wide range of clients to deliver sustainable change, focusing on pragmatic solutions that address the root causes of business challenges. With a strong background in project governance and process improvement, she helps organisations improve visibility, reduce waste and ensure that change initiatives deliver real value.
Her experience spans multiple industries, including rail and aerospace. Prior to joining Prosperity, she worked at the Rail Safety and Standards Board, where she managed stakeholders across all levels of the UK rail industry. She also held various roles in the aerospace sector, where she developed a strong foundation in structured project delivery and operational improvement.
