Marius joined Prosperity in 2022 as a Consultant in the Technical Solutions team.
With over a decade of experience in IT across multiple industries, Marius brings a thoughtful and client-focused approach to infrastructure and cloud solutions. He’s known for balancing technical delivery with strategic insight, helping clients modernise their environments, improve security and align technology with long-term business goals.
Before joining Prosperity, Marius held technical roles at Alexforbes, Kleinwort Hambros, and C5 Alliance, as well as earning a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Transylvania University of Brasov.
Some notable achievements include: migrating a Luxembourg-based company’s IT environment into a unified global platform, leading a full cloud transition and infrastructure decommissioning project for a corporate client, and deploying Microsoft Teams telephony using 3CX to enhance collaboration. He’s also experienced in identity and access management, endpoint optimisation and digital transformation projects.
