Kate joined Prosperity in May 2021 and is a Senior Consultant in the Strategy and Change team.
Kate is a results-driven project manager with over 20 years of experience delivering complex technology and infrastructure change across the financial services industry. Known for her practical, no-nonsense approach, she ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget and with a clear focus on client needs.
Her strengths lie in technical project management, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, and change delivery. Kate’s ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organisation makes her a trusted partner in high-pressure environments.
Before joining Prosperity, Kate worked in the finance sector in Jersey after relocating from South Wales, having earned a BSc in Business Information Technology from Solent University. She holds certifications in PRINCE2, ITIL (Foundation and Practitioner), CompTIA A+ and Network+.
