Jason joined Prosperity in 2018 and is a Senior Consultant in the Learning and Engagement team.
Jason specialises in putting people at the heart of business transformation. Whether it’s managing change, improving processes, or developing training strategies, his focus is always on ensuring individuals are engaged, supported and empowered throughout the journey. He works closely with teams across Prosperity to deliver a seamless experience for clients, helping them achieve successful outcomes through collaboration and clarity.
Before joining Prosperity, Jason enjoyed a long and fulfilling career in teaching, preceded by a successful stint in engineering research and development. This unique combination of technical insight and educational expertise gives him a well-rounded perspective on how people learn, adapt and thrive in changing environments.
He holds a BSc in Engineering Physics, a PGCE and a range of professional certifications including APMG Change Management Practitioner, multiple BCS Business Analysis qualifications and Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist.
