James is an experienced programme and project manager.

James’ experience in technology coupled with this ability to clearly translate technical language to all stakeholders allows him to be an important asset to diverse types of programmes or projects.

James has delivered successful programmes and projects in the areas of IT infrastructure, software applications and data migrations.  With the successful delivery of the complex Office 365 major transformation of the Ports of Jersey with colleagues from Prosperity 24/7 during 2018/2019, James was promoted to Team Manager, Strategy & Change.

Having gained a BSc Hons in Software Engineering Management, James went onto work as a software engineer in the finance industry. James then assisted local government by providing project management and technical guidance on the delivery of application functionality.

James is a keen advocate for working in an agile way, his PRINCE 2 Agile qualification blended with his experience of working in an agile team as a software engineer enables him to ensure that the agile approach is utilised effectively.
