James joined Prosperity in 2023 as a Senior Consultant in the Strategy and Change team.
As a project manager, James is currently leading multiple projects across a programme of work focused on digitising a client’s processes and procedures. His role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring successful delivery of strategic change initiatives.
Before relocating to Jersey, James spent 19 years in a large UK police force, where he held senior leadership roles and gained extensive experience in operational management and organisational transformation. He led departments of over 120 staff across wide geographical areas, delivering large-scale change programmes including the modernisation of briefing systems using SharePoint, departmental restructuring for improved efficiency, and the development of performance frameworks. He also took on the design and implementation of a new department aimed at reducing and redistributing front-end demand.
