Fiona joined Prosperity in 2022 as a HR Officer in the Operations team.
Fiona plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Prosperity’s HR objectives, working closely with the HR Director to ensure smooth and effective people operations across the business. From recruitment and onboarding to policy guidance and performance management, she provides day-to-day HR support that helps keep the organisation running efficiently and compliantly.
With an experienced background in HR consultancy and administration within the finance industry, Fiona brings a wealth of practical experience and a calm, solutions-focused approach. She is committed to maintaining high standards in record keeping, ISO compliance, employee relations and recruitment and is a trusted point of contact for staff across the business.
