Armand joined Prosperity in 2023 as a Business Analyst Consultant in the Strategy and Change team.
Armand plays a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. With a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and process improvement, he supports clients in identifying opportunities for change and delivering tailored solutions that align with long-term strategic goals.
Prior to joining Prosperity, Armand worked across 27 countries in a senior data analyst role, facilitating workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights and solve complex business challenges. He brings over five years of experience in project and product management, supporting fast-growing start-ups and international organisations through digital transformation and infrastructure development.
