Allan joined Prosperity in 2021 and is a Senior Consultant and Team Manager in the Strategy and Change team.
Allan plays a central role in supporting the successful delivery of business change, ensuring that solutions align with both strategic objectives and the needs of end users. He works across the full change lifecycle, from stakeholder engagement and requirements engineering, to process improvement, testing and benefits realisation.
With a background in both technical development and high-stakes operational environments, Allan brings a unique blend of analytical rigour and practical insight. Prior to joining Prosperity, he led the technical team behind Jersey’s COVID-19 Track and Trace systems and previously worked in complex business environments deploying IT upgrades and architecture changes. His earlier career as a commercial pilot and training captain has shaped his methodical approach to risk and issue management.
