Alex joined Prosperity in 2023 as a Senior Consultant in the Strategy and Change team.
With over 16 years of experience, Alex supports clients by driving strategic initiatives, facilitating effective change management and delivering successful project outcomes. She works across industries, from retail and supply chain to healthcare and financial services, helping organisations navigate complex transformations and improve operational efficiency.
Alex’s expertise span programme and project management, PMO setup, continuous improvement and strategic planning. She has led initiatives such as ISO 27001 implementation, software rollouts and operational onboarding, and has played a key role in shaping corporate strategy and business-unit plans.
Before joining Prosperity, Alex held senior roles at the Channel Islands Co-op and Tesco UK and worked as a research assistant at Cardiff University’s Lean Enterprise Research Centre.
