Adam joined Prosperity in September 2022 and is a Senior Consultant in the Strategy and Change team.
Adam works closely with clients to understand their business needs, solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful change through structured project and programme management. His approach is grounded in best practice, with a strong focus on delivering tangible benefits and long-term value.
Most recently, Adam led a regulatory change project for a major UK bank’s Crown Dependencies branch, helping them achieve compliance with new Guernsey consumer lending regulations. From conducting gap analysis to leading the implementation team, his work directly contributed to the business securing its new lending licences.
Before joining Prosperity, Adam worked at another local consultancy, gaining experience across telecoms, intellectual property, government, trust and corporate services. His previous projects include supporting a European bank acquisition, delivering GDPR enhancements for a global bank and improving operational efficiency in Jersey’s fibre rollout.
