Joe is a Chartered Manager (CMI Level 5 Diploma) and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, delivering complex projects, and supporting operational excellence. Joe has successfully delivered software, technology and service-based projects for both local and global organisations, and analysed, improved and implemented a wide range of internal processes.
