Rose joined Prosperity in 2013 and is the Learning Manager within the HR team.
With over 30 years of experience in learning and engagement, Rose plays a vital role in helping Prosperity 24/7 grow from within. She works closely with leaders across all business pillars to understand their learning goals and challenges, designing or sourcing tailored development programmes that align with strategic objectives.
Rose’s approach is collaborative and practical. She ensures that learning is not just a tick-box exercise, but a meaningful part of how Prosperity supports its people. Whether it’s upskilling teams on new software, supporting leadership development or embedding learning into everyday workflows, she’s passionate about helping individuals and teams thrive.
Before joining Prosperity, Rose held senior learning roles across legal, financial services, retail and HR consultancy sectors. She is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer, and a member of the Learning and Performance Institute.
