Trudie joined Prosperity in 2022 as a Senior Consultant / Team Manager in the Strategy and Change team.
She is an experienced project and change manager, who specialises in delivering IT projects with a focus on the people impacted.
Trudie began her career in British Airways and took her operational knowledge to her IT career there, where she benefitted from joining the IT graduate scheme, experiencing technical, support and business analysis roles, before she was selected to be seconded directly to the CIO, where she conducted strategy-level work and was extended in the secondment several times. She then moved on to the Engineering Department, where she took on release management and moved into project management, before eventually leaving the airline to move to Jersey where she diversified her industry experience by working in financial services, legal and online retail, before bringing her skills and experience to consultancy.
Trudie is passionate about delivering the change needed for a project to be successful and particularly enjoys working with clients who understand the need to bring stakeholders on the journey. She also chairs the Eco Committee at Prosperity 24/7 and is always keen to discuss other people’s experiences on the sustainability journey.
