Alexis joined Prosperity in 2021 and is Head of Change Management in the Strategy and Change team.
Alexis leads the delivery of people-focused change strategies, helping organisations navigate transformation with clarity, empathy and structure. Her role centres on ensuring that change is communicated effectively, its impact is understood, and the right support is in place to help individuals and teams adapt successfully.
With a background in both Human Resources and Transformation within the public sector, Alexis brings a deep understanding of how change affects people at every level of an organisation. She specialises in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, impact analysis and business process re-engineering, ensuring that change is not only implemented, but embraced.
Since joining Prosperity, Alexis has progressed from Senior Consultant and Team Leader to Head of Change Management, and holds a range of qualifications including Change Management Practitioner, Agile PM, PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
