Andrew joined Prosperity in 2024 as a Senior Consultant in the Business Solutions team.
Andrew helps clients solve complex business challenges by designing and delivering custom software solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and a wide range of development tools. With a strong foundation in both software engineering and financial services, he brings a practical, results-driven approach to every project.
His technical expertise includes C#, SQL, SSRS, and Visual Studio, while his business knowledge spans hedge fund administration, investor services, compliance and HR management systems. Prior to joining Prosperity, Andrew worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead for a hedge fund administration firm in the Cayman Islands, and as a consultant specialising in HR software.
He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town and is proud of leading the core software team at his previous company, delivering high-impact internal and client-facing solutions.
