Ricardo joined Prosperity in 2018 and is now a Senior Data Engineer in the Business Solutions team.
Ricardo specialises in designing and delivering robust data solutions that support reporting, analysis and integration across complex systems. With deep expertise in SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Azure Synapse, he builds efficient ETL pipelines, optimises databases and helps clients turn raw data into actionable insights.
He has extensive experience with tools such as SSIS, SSRS and KingswaySoft, and is skilled in managing data migrations, building dashboards and supporting enterprise-level reporting environments. Ricardo’s calm, methodical approach makes him a trusted partner for clients navigating data-heavy projects.
Before joining Prosperity, Ricardo spent six years in the MI team at a large international bank, where he developed a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting under pressure, including producing critical reports during the COVID-19 pandemic.
