Simon joined Prosperity as a Senior Network Architect in the Technical Solutions team.
With over 25 years of experience in network and communications, Simon brings deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of the Channel Islands’ telecommunications landscape. He has worked with major integrators and the region’s largest telecom providers, delivering secure, scalable network solutions across sectors including finance, government and retail.
Simon specialises in the design and deployment of wired and wireless networks, security solutions, and monitoring systems tailored to organisations ranging from 30 to 3,000 users. He is a trusted advisor on Cisco, Meraki, Forcepoint, HPE and Aruba technologies.
A passionate advocate for sustainability in tech, Simon has worked closely with Cisco to promote circular economy practices. His efforts earned him shortlistings for the EMEA Customer Advocate of the Year (2023) and the Sustainability Changemaker Award (2024).
